LAUNDRO SMART’s & Waashpossh goal is to apply loving care to your cloths; hence every precaution is taken to ensure the very best care is taken throughout the washing cycle.
LAUNDRO SMART , Waashpossh will make best efforts to ensure that its cleaning service maintains a high quality services, However……

We require minimum of 48 hrs for proper washing garments, Express/Urgent delivery will be charged 100% over the regular tariff.
We reserve the right to refuse cleaning any garments. We are not responsible for fatness/running of colour /shrinkage/ damage to embellishments /embroidery work on the garments during process.

Every effort is made to remove stains. But if stains are not removable the customer shall not have any rights to claim deduction in charges.

We request customers to empty / check pockets of their garments before leaving the cloths with us, we cannot be held responsible for any items left in pockets.
We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/jewellery fittings on the garment.
Customer should give the garments for rewash within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the garments; no garments will be accepted for rewash without tags.
We always try to meet delivery on time, unless faced by unforeseen incidents of society, Force Majeure which is beyond our control, in such cases the customer is not entitled to any compensation or reduction in the charges.
We shall not be held responsible for shrinkage, damage , cuts, holes, scratches, stain etc.becoming apparent during the wash process due to defective manufacture, adulteration, deterioration or wear & tear and exposure to environment.
Please note that we will not be responsible if the garment is not collected within 4 weeks from the date of delivery.
We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc beyond conduct or any other similar unforeseen causes.
Customers are requested to examine the garments at the time of delivery any damages found after taking delivery we shall not be held responsible for the same.
In case of any loss or damage of garments during the washing cycle, LAUNDRO SMART , Waashpossh will reimburse the compensation may be limited to 10 times of the wash charge or Rs 1000 whichever is lower.
